Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TradingAI Desk. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service

TradingAI Desk is a web-based market analysis platform that provides technical analysis data, composite scoring, and quantitative screening tools for US-listed equities. It is a data and analysis tool only — not a financial advisory service, investment manager, registered investment advisor, or broker-dealer.

TradingAI Desk does not execute trades, manage investments, or provide personalized investment recommendations. All information provided by the platform is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
You must be legally permitted to access financial market data in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with applicable laws in your country or region.

3. Subscription and Payment

Monthly plan: $39 per month, billed monthly. Includes a 14-day free trial.
Annual plan: $299 per year, billed annually. Includes a 14-day free trial.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.

4. Free Trial (All Plans)

    Both monthly and annual plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before day 14 and you will not be billed. After day 14, your selected plan begins automatically — $39/month or $299/year.
  

5. Refund Policy

Free trial cancellation: Cancel before day 14 and you will not be charged.
Technical issues: If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents access to the platform and our support team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
All other cases: All sales are final. No refunds are issued for change of mind, unused subscription time, or dissatisfaction with analysis results.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TradingAI Desk only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform
Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the platform
Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security measures
Use the platform to engage in market manipulation or any illegal trading activity
Share your account credentials with others

7. No Financial Advice

    TradingAI Desk is a software tool that provides technical analysis data. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or any other type of professional advice. We do not recommend that any specific security should be bought, sold, or held at any time or at any price. All investment decisions are made solely by you.
  

8. Risk Disclosure

Investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance of any analytical method or indicator does not guarantee future results. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

9. Data Accuracy

We use professional-grade data providers (Polygon.io and Finnhub) to power our platform. However, we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis provided. Market data may be delayed or contain errors. Do not rely solely on information from this platform for investment decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradingAI Desk and its operators shall not be liable for any investment losses, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information provided.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and software comprising TradingAI Desk are the intellectual property of TradingAI Desk and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
