Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TradingAI Desk. By downloading, installing, or using our software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service

TradingAI Desk is an automated trading software tool that connects to your personal brokerage account via API to execute trades on your behalf. It is a software tool only — not a financial advisory service, investment manager, or registered investment advisor.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this software.
• You must have a valid brokerage account (Alpaca) in your own name.
• You are responsible for ensuring that automated trading is permitted in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription and Payment

• TradingAI Desk is offered as a monthly subscription at $189/month.
• A 14-day free trial is available. Your card will not be charged during the trial period.
• After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. License

Upon active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TradingAI Desk on one (1) device. You may not:

• Share, resell, or transfer your license to another person
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the software on more than one device simultaneously

5. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
• You are responsible for monitoring your account activity
• You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from trading activity
• You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds and understand the risks

6. No Financial Advice

TradingAI Desk is a software tool. Nothing in this software or on our website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. We do not recommend that any specific security should be bought, sold, or held.

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance shown on our website is from paper trading only and is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingAI Desk and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account portal.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
