3. Your Brokerage Account

TradingAI Desk connects to your personal Alpaca brokerage account via API keys that you provide. We do not store, access, or transmit your Alpaca API keys beyond your local device. All trading activity occurs within your own brokerage account. We have no access to your funds.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

Lemon Squeezy: For payment processing and subscription management
Anthropic: For AI analysis features (anonymized trading pattern data only)

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
